Enjoy the kayaks and bikes at 'Lazy Dayz' holiday home accommodation right on the beach at Patons Rock, Golden Bay, with wonderful north facing views. A path past the double garage leads into a private garden with the front garden facing the beach.  The veranda runs the length of the house on this side making it a lovely relaxing place and a safe haven for the children to play.

A tiled entry leads into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, all facing directly out to sea with ranch sliders onto the veranda. There is a separate laundry, family-size bathroom and ensuite plus a log-fire in the lounge for winter warmth.

The gas BBQ caters for your outdoor dining.

There are four bedrooms, three of which take maximum advantage of this majestic beach holiday location. The master bedroom has an en-suite and small dressing room and looks out to the beach. Stacker doors leads onto it's own terrace bordering the waterfront courtyard.

Right at the other end of the house is another very large bedroom with French doors out onto the veranda, garden and sea front.

The third and fourth bedrooms are singles.
